Established in 2018 Impel Property Group was created by Sharon J Grey.

The ‘key’ idea behind developing Impel Property Group, was to establish a business that delivered exceptional customer focus, service and results, based on individual requirements.

Sharon made the decision to combine her skillset to offer and provide a range of services that pertain to all things Property.

The important initiatives that went into this process, was to ensure that ‘key’ objectives were met,  achieved and to establish a strong foundation ensuring longevity.

‘Our’ point of difference, is that we strive to achieve what our clients require and collaborate effectively with you and our partners to deliver exactly that. No project is too big or too small for Impel Property Group and we collaborate with others to provide a complete service.

Sharon is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the Property industry, management, sales management and project management. Her experience is diverse which includes marketing, branding, management, sales and team development alongside owning and operating her own business ventures.

Sharon very much enjoys stepping in at the infancy stages of a development project and has been responsible in achieving business growth, project sales, mentoring, team building, & recruitment for projects. Business management & growth, alongside the Property Industry have been equally a large part of her career.

She is accomplished and results driven with numerous recognised Industry awards and is a passionate, roll your sleeves up professional, who loves a challenge & enjoys working with              like-minded individuals.

Developing a great rapport and establishing loyal, lasting associations with both clients and colleagues is and has always been her number one priority.
